Use and Disclosure of Personal Information
We may use Personal Information to respond to your inquiries and answer your questions, to provide you with requested information, to improve your browsing experience by personalising the website, and to undertake activities in connection with the conduct and management of our executive search or other services, such as evaluating candidate qualifications, contacting potential candidates for further Personal Information, contacting named references, and communicating with Clients about potential candidates.
Prior to releasing any personal and identifiable information to a potential employer you will be contacted and your permission sought.
A complete list of our offices can be found by visiting our web site at www.globalprojectpartners.com. Your personal information is used only for the intended purposes stated at the time of collection. GPP does not sell or share your personal information for related or unrelated purposes to non-licensee third parties, unless otherwise stated at the time of collection or required by law. If at any time we decide to use personal data in a manner different from that stated as the time it was collected, we will notify you and give you a choice as to whether or not we use your information in this different manner. No notification and choice will be sought, however, if GPP is compelled or required by applicable law, statute, regulation, ordinance or court order to disclose personal data
Non Personally-Identifying Information
We will passively collect data about website usage through various means. We use Internet protocol (IP) addresses to identify server problems, administer the Website, and compile aggregated statistics for marketing and research purposes. We use navigational data, including log files and click-stream data, to identify information about your web browser and operating system, and the time period in which you visit the Website or a portion of the Website. This information is used to administer the Website, improve site content, and compile aggregated statistics for research purposes. We also use small text files called "cookies" that are sent to the hard drive of your computer to store bits of information related to your use of the Website. We may use both session cookies and persistent cookies on the website. We will use the session cookies to keep track of you whilst you navigate the website and the persistent cookies enable our website to recognise you visit.
You may configure your Internet browser to reject cookies. However, if you do so, you might not be able to access important functions or enjoy certain conveniences at this Website. We typically do not combine passively collected data with actively collected Personal Information, and therefore passively collected data should not become linked to your identity.
Your personal information may also be used anonymously and in the aggregate in order to put together industry, marketing and employment statistics. Used in this matter, your personal information becomes non-identifying.
GPP commits to take reasonable technical and organisational precautions to protect your information from loss, alteration, disclosure, misuse, unauthorised access and destruction. We will store all the information you provide on secure password and firewall protected servers.
We will not process your personal information in a way that is incompatible with what is outlined in the Privacy Statement, and will use our best efforts to ensure that data is accurate, complete, current and reliable for its intended use. To the extent that we disclose Personal Information to third party subcontractors, we require that such third parties also maintain reasonable security and confidentiality measures and use the Personal Information in accordance with our instructions. In addition, where we disclose Personal Information to Clients and other third parties mentioned in the foregoing paragraphs, we will request that they properly protect the security and confidentiality of such information, and otherwise process such data in accordance with applicable law.

If you have any questions regarding decisions made, we will tell you the reasons for those decisions.
